Main Features

Z3 Type Locking Assembly is a heavy‑duty double conical‑ring keyless locking assembly. It adopts long mating contact surfaces, equipped with built‑in 12.9‑grade hexagon socket clamping screws and disassembly jack‑screw holes. It delivers excellent self‑centering performance, high rotational accuracy and large torque transmission capacity.

Z3 can bear combined torque and axial loads. Widely applied for machine tools, conveyors, packaging, metallurgy and heavy‑duty transmission equipment where high rotation precision and heavy load are required.

‑ Double conical‑ring keyless friction connection
‑ Long mating contact surfaces for superior self‑centering & high rotational accuracy
‑ Built‑in 12.9‑grade high‑strength hexagon socket clamping screws
‑ Integrated disassembly jack‑screw threaded holes for non‑destructive quick removal
‑ Capable of transmitting large torque and combined axial‑torque loads
‑ Excellent concentricity, small run‑out after installation
‑ Easy installation, angular position adjustment and disassembly
‑ No key‑way required, avoids shaft strength reduction
‑ Overload‑protective, slipping under overload to protect machinery components
‑ Suitable for heavy‑load and high‑precision rotating applications
