SWC‑WD universal joint head is replaceable cross joint spare unit for SWC series cardan shafts. Integral forked yoke structure, high‑strength alloy steel forged and heat‑treated. Max working angle up to 15°. Widely used as replacement spare part for metallurgical and mining heavy‑duty transmission equipment.
Main Features
SWC‑WD universal joint head (cross joint assembly) is independent joint component of SWC series universal cardan shaft. Adopts integral forked yoke structure without bolt‑fixed bearing cap, effectively avoids bolt fracture risk and improves operational reliability.
Constructed from high‑strength alloy steel, forged and quenched‑tempered. Equipped with cross shaft and needle roller bearing set, featuring stable rotation, low vibration and excellent impact resistance. Maximum allowable working angle: ≤15°.
Several joint heads can be combined with intermediate flanged tubes to assemble SWC‑C, SWC‑D fixed‑length universal couplings. It is also commonly supplied as direct replacement spare part for damaged cardan shafts.
Standard sizes are available. Flange dimensions and bore sizes can be customized according to drawings. OEM service is acceptable.
